Privacy Policy
한국어Trust Pool (the “Service”) complies with applicable data protection laws, including the Personal Information Protection Act of Korea, and processes personal information as follows.

1. Information We Collect and Why

The Service does not collect personal information from children under 14.
2. Retention
Client inquiries: retained for 2 years after processing, then destroyed; destroyed without delay upon deletion request.
Expert registration data: retained while registered in the pool; destroyed without delay upon withdrawal request.
Where statutes require retention, data is kept separately for the required period and then destroyed.
3. Processing by Service Providers and Cross-Border Transfer
The Service entrusts processing to the providers below, some of which are located outside Korea. You may refuse such transfer, but the Service may then be unavailable.

4. Disclosure to Third Parties
The Service does not disclose personal information to third parties. When introducing expert candidates, only an anonymized profile — with name and affiliation withheld — is presented to the client; identity is disclosed only upon the expert's acceptance. Disclosures required by law are excepted.
5. Destruction
Personal information is destroyed without delay once the retention period expires or the purpose is achieved, using irrecoverable methods for electronic files.
6. Your Rights
You may at any time request access to, correction or deletion of, or suspension of processing of your personal information via the contact below. Requests are handled without delay.
7. Security Measures
We apply technical and administrative safeguards including encryption in transit (HTTPS), private storage and access control for files such as résumés, IP address hashing, and least-privilege access.
